What a lousy weather!
This is one of those days when you are scheduled to do heaps, but unfortunately, you just can't.. all thanks to this lousy weather! You see, I think I'm one of those people who easily gets affected by the weather. Like today, it's cold and cloudy. Grabe! Kakatamad! Why oh why?! It's supposed to be Spring/Summer already! Waahhh!

Last night, I enjoyed chatting to one of my dearest friends, Darla. Wow! It has certainly been a very long time since we last talked.. I think I was still in New Zealand back then. All we talked about are our carefree lives, our silly and mababaw problems, Backstreet Boys - particularly Nick! Haha!! Grabe! Kakatuwa ano? Parang kailan lang? How I've missed this girl so much. She's my only friend whom I know I can confide to, without the fear of being judged. We've shared some laughter and tears.. secrets and bets! (Hi Charms!) Hehe..
I want to share more of our wonderful friendship, kaya lang knowing my limited time.. hehe! Darla, I miss you, too! You take care always ha? (",)

The Big C
I was browsing through some of my old friends' blogs when I came across with the words Breast Cancer. This reminded me of my long overdue appointment with another doctor for a second opinion. A few months ago, I went to our family doctor because I thought I felt something on my left breast. After cheking it, she has confirmed that that something is really there. She instructed me to have an ultrasound right away just to make sure, plus some anti-biotics. In the hospital, while waiting for my name to be called, reality suddenly struck me. "Breast Cancer...? I don't remember any of my relatives who've had this disease.." *worried* Then I thought about my daughter. What if after the ultrasound and other tests, they'll confirm na I have the Big C? Yikes! That night, I told my mom about it. I could tell she was scared and really worried. But knowing my mom, hindi lang nya pinapahalata.
Until now, I think that something is still there but I just don't like touching it. I'm scared, I think.. cos baka one time pag naramdaman ko yun, it might be the size of a ping-pong ball!

Monday, Mondays...
Grrr! I think I'm gonna have a headache! From 9:30 this morning 'til this moment, I have been in front of the computer - just trying to work and finish on our project and presentation which is due tomorrow! Plus a freakin' test in the morning! *fingers crossed* "Two more weeks!" "Two more weeks!" >>> TAFE is over, hello Higher Ed. exams! *fingers crossed* Right now, thank God for Sex and the City! My headache's gone! Hihee! =)

Lazy Sunday
Don't you just love Sundays? You can sleep-in, sit outside or go to the beach. Haayy.. but not today! This morning, I got up, prepared breakfast for my kids (Carlo, my other half and Lala, my lovely daughter), did the laundry and while waiting for my load to finish, I tried to do some schoolwork. *sigh* Talk about Lazy Sundays!
