Yesterday, I have received the greatest news. A friend of mine is getting married! Finally! *kilig* She even asked if Lala and I could be the abays (Lala as the flower girl and me as one of the bridesmaids). Haayyy... I don't know if it's just me but it seems like almost everybody is getting hitched. I mean it's not that I'm complaining or anything.. hehehe *hint*hint* LOL!
Anyway, Carlo started having this workout routine, so I thought I might do it as well... since it's already my summer vacation and I also have something to look forward to (summertime and my friend's upcoming wedding). Hehehe... So, as a pre-Christmas gift, Carlo bought me this book and DVD combo called More Simply Pilates - Tone, Stretch, Align by Jennifer Pohlman. Although I'm not really a firm believer of having a regular exercise, I thought I'd give it a try (that's because I already do some regular exercise -- doing the laundry, cleaning the house, taking my daughter to the daycare, grocery-shopping, etc.) Hopefully, this will tone my flabby arms, thighs and tummy... or else!
